In a new interview shared by WHOOP, Ronaldo revealed that consistent, quality sleep is the foundation of his longevity and world-class performance.
“Sleep is the most important tool that I have,” Ronaldo explained. “I’m consistent with my bedtime and wake-up time — I sleep around 11 or 12 and wake up at 8:30. It’s my routine. It’s probably the most important thing we have for our health span.”
