Popular social media commentator VeryDarkMan has set social media on fire after issuing a 24-hour ultimatum to Wizkid’s fanbase, popularly known as Wizkid FC, demanding that they unfollow him on Instagram en masse.
The outspoken activist made the challenge while reacting to a viral comment from a Wizkid fan who claimed that a huge portion of Wizkid FC currently follows VeryDarkMan’s page.

The controversy began after a Wizkid fan with the username thrynadee boldly wrote:
“Hear me out, 70 percent of Wizkid FC fuxks with VDM now. Let’s all go unfollow @theverydarkman. He’s a very sentimental person who doesn’t and never stood for the truth.”
The comment immediately caught VeryDarkMan’s attention — and he didn’t take it lightly.
VeryDarkMan Fires Back With a 24-Hour Challenge
Reacting in a video, VeryDarkMan dismissed the claim and turned it into a public test.
According to him, if Wizkid FC truly makes up 70 percent of his followers, then their collective action should be impossible to miss.
VeryDarkMan currently boasts over 2.8 million followers on Instagram. By his calculation, if Wizkid FC truly accounts for 70 percent, that would mean about 1.6 million followers should disappear within 24 hours.
“Your Integrity Depends on This” — VDM Declares
VeryDarkMan laid out the challenge clearly, warning that failure would permanently discredit the fanbase’s claims.
In his words:
“We’re going to do a test today. 2.8 million people follow me on Instagram. If Wizkid FC makes up 70%, that means they are about 1.6 million of my followers.
Now I’m giving you people a task, and your integrity depends on it. Wizkid FC, unfollow me.
Before the end of today, I should have only 840K followers. If not, don’t ever open your mouth again to talk to me in this manner. Your integrity as a fan base depends on this.”
