“Shame on them because we no go ever fall. Na so me and my wife go dey together do my son wedding. That’s all I wish for — togetherness and love.”

The businessman boldly added that his success is closely tied to the stability of his home, insisting that wealth without peace is meaningless.

How Obi Cubana Corrected Him in 2016

Cubana Chief Priest went on to recount a personal incident from December 2016, when Obi Cubana corrected him after he spoke harshly to his wife during a stressful business moment.

According to him, he was deeply immersed in financial checks and balances, overwhelmed by pressure, when his wife repeatedly called him. Frustrated, he responded rudely — unaware that his mentor was listening.

“One day we were doing checks and balances, pressure was so high and my wife was calling me. I told my wife to stop calling my phone. Chairman asked me, ‘Who did you just speak to?’ I said my wife.

He said, ‘Are you okay? How can you talk to your wife like that in front of me?’”

“If You Don’t Respect Her, How Should I?”

Obi Cubana, according to Cubana Chief Priest, immediately corrected him with words that changed his mindset forever.

“How do you expect me to respect your wife if you don’t respect her?”

“Your wife is my wife. If you talk to her like that, it doesn’t make sense.”

At the time, Cubana revealed that his wife was in the United States to give birth to their son, Donald, while he was battling intense business pressure back home.

He admitted that he had unknowingly passed negative energy to her, but Obi Cubana’s advice instantly reshaped his understanding of marriage.

“If My Marriage Failed, I Wouldn’t Be This Rich”

Reflecting on the lesson years later — amid ongoing paternity allegations involving Hellen Atti — Cubana Chief Priest stressed that success means nothing without a stable home.

According to him, the advice from Obi Cubana still lives in his heart, reinforcing his belief that respect, love, and unity are the real foundations of wealth.

The video has continued to draw praise online, with many Nigerians applauding Cubana Chief Priest for publicly celebrating his wife and acknowledging the importance of strong mentorship in marriage.
